Dr Krithika Mahesh is a board-certified interventional pain physician providing comprehensive, evidence-based care for patients with chronic pain conditions. Her practice focuses on advanced, image-guided procedures performed under fluoroscopic and ultrasound guidance to ensure precision and safety. Routinely performs cervical, thoracic, and lumbar epidural steroid injections; medial branch blocks and radiofrequency ablation (RFA); sacroiliac joint injections and RFA; spinal cord stimulator (SCS) trials; as well as ultrasound-guided peripheral joint injections including shoulders, knees, hips, and other appendicular joints.
She also provides advanced procedural management for headache and migraine disorders.
