Compass Rehabilitation participates with most insurance companies and we are happy to provide service to all patients regardless of our status with their insurance provider. Our staff will work with you to achieve the maximum benefit allowable and minimize out-of-pocket expenses. We will always verify your insurance coverage prior to your initial evaluation and call to obtain authorization for services if necessary.
Please bring your insurance card to your first appointment and be prepared to pay any co-pays at the time of service. In addition to cash or check, we accept American Express, Discover, VISA, and MasterCard credit/ debit cards.
If your services will be covered by Worker’s Comp insurance or if you have an auto-related injury, please provide your claim/ file number and the name of your adjustor to our staff before your appointment. Our office staff is happy to answer any questions you may have prior to your visit; just call us at 517-337-3080.
For the quickest response time, please direct message your medical assistant from your patient portal. Messages go directly to the medical assistant and your physician. They are able to review them as soon as they are received; during office hours. By sending them a direct message you avoid making phone calls, hold times and having to leave a message. Through direct messaging, they can refill prescriptions (non-narcotic), answer office and procedures questions and schedule appointments with you.
Compass Rehabilitation accepts most insurances. With prior-authorizations and other insurance requirements, there are sometimes questions on specific treatments.
