Dr. Kathleen Stenlund is a board-eligible osteopathic physician specializing in neuromusculoskeletal medicine and evidence-based osteopathic manipulative treatment. She completed her medical degree at Liberty University College of Osteopathic Medicine and went on to intensive residency training in Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she also served as a physician and educator in OMM.
With extensive experience teaching, presenting, and practicing advanced manual medicine techniques, Dr. Stenlund brings a thoughtful, whole-person approach to her patients seeking relief from pain and dysfunction. Her background includes significant research and published work in biomechanics, musculoskeletal function, and osteopathic treatment efficacy, along with national presentations on sacroiliac joint function, OMT research, and clinical application.
